No, thats why there are different species. The animals smell or detect a mate. They dont have a choice like humans. The instincts of the animal will lead it to its mate.

No. Horses can breed with donkeys or with zebras or zebras with donkeys as they are very similar but their offspring will be sterile.
Some people have bred lions with tigers. It works. They are called "ligers" or "tigons". You can do a web search and see some pretty incredible pictures of this.
But dogs and cats are from completely different species.
The person in brazil that said her cat had canine babies, that was a hoax. DID NOT HAPPEN.

No, they can't, but it's as much of a question of logic as biology. Actually, that's one of the criteria that differentiates species- it can only reproduce with the same species.

no... dogs can not mix with cats because they are in a different species.

but a horse might be able to breed with another equine like a donkey or zebra or something... but then those offspring would not likely be able to reproduce.

No. The chromosomes are too different. Parents have to be fairly closely related for a cross-breed to work.

i think that is impossible but there is a case in Fiji where i saw that they have a crossbreed between a sheep and goat. It doesn't look anything like one f them. It was interesting to see this.

i highly doubt that is possible, maybe from the same specie group like, tiger and lion... thus the liger.
