does anyone knowthe current money equivalent of a penny from the 1500's in England?

A trip to the Globe Theatre cost 1 penny in 1599. How much would it cost today?

I've heard of people paying $15 - $25 for a theater show...but we are also talking about normal shows and the Globe Theater was definitely high-class stuff. Some theater entrances can cost as much as $50.

In UK money we're talking about 8-15 pounds normally and as much as 30 pounds for a good one.
