Please pay attention to my fellow nurse, "the_only", has to say. It is nearly impossible to be hit "directly" in either the ovaries or the uterus. If you were in the first trimester - and I'm guessing that's what you mean by a "fresh" pregnancy - injury to the ovaries would not affect an existing pregnancy in any case. Neither would it affect your menstrual cycle. Hormones control that and are produced by other sources in addition to the ovaries themselves. Your uterus has excellent armor and it's unlikely that a hit would cause a spontaneous abortion.

Possibly but very unlikely. The new embryo is well protected. unless there is massive trauma requiring surgery, babies live through anything. The cases of spontaneous abortion I've seen are very extreme where blunt trauma is involved. Even bruised ovaries and uterus recover well. May you not be in such an abusive situation and for your life, leave. My thoughts are with you.

Im sure after a while it can't be good. But if you go to web MD or something similar youcan get a doctors opinion instead of someone without the degree needed to comment on a question like that. You dont want to leave your health in the hands of someone without the extensive education needed to make a call like that.

considering that the uterus and the ovaries are well protected by the pelvic saddle, the symphisis pubis etc, makes them impossible to directly "hit".
