My friend has just moved to England to study and she is going through some really tough times, missing her home and feeling as though her friends don't care. I really do care about her and I understand what she is going through, but how do I tell her this in a letter? I feel so hopeless, I try to tell her that I understand and I try to give her advice but... I don't know what to do really. ANy suggestions?

Your lucky. I've got a best friend living out of state, and I write to her all the time.

Tell her that you'll always be open to listen to her, and she can write back any time she feels she needs to. Comfort her so she knows she's got a least one person that can be there for her.

Write the letter and express yourself, show your support and concern. Send her cards, Hallmark has a card for it.
