With the knowledge we have today, it has no shape and even if it did it would be hard to precise as it is constantly expanding it self (to where is a good science question!:) )

uh... probably if there is any astrophysic or something like that reading my answer might start cursing me for my stupidity, but I'd say that the universe is shapeless. I mean, is just space lying around there, where mass can wander however it pleases. But then again, that is just my wild guess.

Yes, because it is expanding equally from all directions, besides there are more "shapes" than you can possibly imagine, so the question is alittle vague.
Shape and form are all relevant from different perspectives...
