Haha. I agree why couldn't the man make his own damn sandwich. But I'm going to say this one... Hey hon could you make me a sandwich ? Cause the others sound like orders to me and if I was your wife or GF I would say NO

You should always ASK POLITELY. Never order someone to do anything, as it will only make them mad (unless they like that kind of thing.) You best bet is to go with your second option. Always try to use please and thank you especially if you want them to make your food.
Do you honestly think it is a good idea to upset the person that might make you food? That is a no. A good way to get spit, something gross, or rat poison in your food is to use options A, C,D, or E. If you two are in a playful mood C can be used only if you are joking, the same with A, ONLY IF you are JOKING.
Good Luck!

Cover your wife's eyes with a blindfold, tell her that you want to play, to "surprise" her. Put some music in the background so she won't be able to hear you sneaking out of the bed to get Fluffy. Be sure to keep an eye on Fluffy during your "performance" so she won't do anything that could give away her presence. You'll have to sneak out again to get rid of Fluffy after you finish, but I'm sure you're creative enough to find a reason for your wife to keep the blindfold on until you return :) Meeeooow!

It should be a two way street. If you are nice and respectful of her she won't mind making you a sandwich.
I would choose B. Assuming you would do the same for her.

B, unless D is some kind of cool kinky sexual thing, then I might dig that, but I can tell you he wouldn't be getting a sandwich ;). No, really, at least with my husband and I, honey attracts bees much better than vinegar (another words, be sweet and charming and you get what you want).

Well, personally I'd tell you to make your own sandwich, but if my ONLY options were the ones listed above, I'd choose B because it's the only one that actually asks nicely and has the word please in it.
