higher level sciences are all abstract and complex. Engineering, chemistry, physics, genetics, biology, etc. Depends on where you're interests lie, your talents, and how much effort you're willing to put into study. What some find very complex and difficult others find to be easier.
So is physics the most complex science? not in my opinion. I find the studies of human nature much more baffling.

That of course depends on what you mean by complex. If you mean the most difficult to master scholastically, no. It's basically about motion, heat, and fields. But, it requires mathematical knowhow, and that's probably why it seems difficult.
If you meant complex in terms of usefulness and degree of it's application to other sciences and it's drawing from other sciences, I would have to say maybe. Physics is used in all the other sciences to one degree or another and draws from most of them. But, all sciences are like that to some degree.
I don't think any one science is less complex than any other science in that respect. Some draw more on physical objects and measureable events (such as geology), and others draw more strongly on experimentation (chemistry, for example). But every science draws from every other one. To try to classify one science as the most complex probably is futile. I think the most difficult is chemistry, especially organic chemistry.

Physics in general isn't that difficult (gravitation, constant and accelerated motion, forces, heat and thermodynamics, etc), but QUANTUM physics is probably as tough as it gets!
