I wake up very sleepy but I sleep alot ...i sleep 8 hours a day. But the thing is i cant go to sleep later because my body is just tired. What can I do so that my head works better and I dont sleep that tired?

You might need more like 9 hours of sleep. Go to bed earlier. You might not be getting a "good night" sleep. You might need a new mattress.

Talk to your doctor
but

All sleeping problems relate to that your spirit need you in one direction and your body go the other.

Talk to God as well. (study religions like christianity, Judaism, Islam and Hinduism)

Be consistent about what time you go to bed and get up. I have found that helps a lot.

i would pull up a couple of shades in your room to let the morning light in have it shining directly on your bed that's what i do see if that helps if not contact your doctor
