not that I support illegal immigration, but wouldn't it be easier to get a bunch of credit cards, spend as much as you can and move on, that is, if they were all criminals

No it's not. And the SS# is just as easy as the credit cards. I mean, don't you have to have a SS# to get a credit card in the US?

Statistics show that those that get SS# illegally do pay taxes, but usually have so many dependents that the amount is nolified by the end of the year, then they wind up getting the EIC. Which can be as much as 4 grand.

irthey are all criminals...that's why we call them illegals.... our government has no control over what a credit card company may do about fraud...but they control social security fraud.. a person may go for years without knowing illegals are using their number but would know within 30 days about credit card fraud...more chance of getting caught...and don't think "they" don't consider all this in the conniving!!

STEALING SOMEONES CREDIT INFO IS A CRIME PERIOD. NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO OR INTEND TO DO YOU HAVE ALREADY COMMITED THE CRIME OF IDENTITY THEFT.
EVEN IF YOU JUST USE IT TO WORK YOU ARE LOADING UP SOME ONE WITH EXTRA TAX CHARGES WHEN THEY FILE AT THE END OF THE YEAR.

What does it matter? They are both crimes. Thats like asking if its admirable that he only raped her instead of raping and killing her.
