A lot of people asociate them with gangs and violence. That was the way my parents were when I was growing up. I on the other hand had friends in school that were black so I didn't worry about them. My sister and I went to a store one day and we got there before it was open. I decided to ask a guy in the vehicle next to ours if he knew when they opened and my sister was scared to death cause he was black she said he looked mean. He was a very neatly dressed man I did not see anything mean about him. When I asked him the question he was very nice and told me what time they were to open. I think people need to get out of the notion that black people are mean and evil. There are a lot of really bad white people out there too. Skin color does not have anything to do with it. Quit being racist!

umm....from you name i think your question should be, WHY AM I NOT SCARED OF BLACK MEN!! but i'll have to say its just thoughts you might get from memories of an early childhood incident, otherwise its just your background, and how you thought of certain people (black men) growing up. you might not have lived around, or talked to black men in your childhood, or as you were becoming older. my advice to you is try to overcome these fears because black men wont hurt you, if you ask me, i'll say all men are the same, and so you sholdnt judge all just because of one.......GOOD LUCK!!
