I want to know if anyone have information about college or university that provide major or degree in computer forensic or computer cryptotechnology ?

This is unlikely to be a distinct degree.

Any degree in Information Technology, or Computer Science, is almost certain to include mandatory or optional classes in "network security" and "applied cryptography". You will have to visit a lot of university sites to find which one emphasises these topics most.
