Answering this question is like answering "How do you cut someones hair?" Everyone has their own technique and there is no one way.. that being said. You will have to know your tools.

1) Use the LASSO tool to draw a circle around one of the faces

2) EDIT : CUT the face out

3) Load up new picture..

4) PASTE the face.

of course it prolly wont be the same size/aspect/color so you first reduce the opacity of the face so you can see through it to match up the eyes, then you can press ALT-T then hold shift and resize the face. Then you can play around with ADJUST COLORS to try to make the skintone match. Finally you can use the blur tool to smudge out rough edges.

I recommand you to use Google Picasa to manage and edit your pictures.

Picasa is software that helps you instantly find, edit and share all the pictures on your PC. Every time you open Picasa, it automatically locates all your pictures (even ones you forgot you had) and sorts them into visual albums organized by date with folder names you will recognize. You can drag and drop to arrange your albums and make labels to create new groups. Picasa makes sure your pictures are always organized.

Picasa also makes advanced editing simple by putting one-click fixes and powerful effects at your fingertips. And Picasa makes it a snap to share your pictures ¨C you can email, print photos at home, make gift CDs, instantly share via Hello™, and even post pictures on your own blog.

free download in here, just have a try:

It's easy if you know photoshop.
Use high res images.
Have the body on the bottom layer.
Your face on the next layer
Then use the tools to blend them together.
That part you have to practice on your own.
Just play until it looks decent.
