I am, at times, literally afraid of heterosexuals. Because there's plenty of precedence of them beating up people like me. Is there something wrong about that?

Aside from that, if I see straight people performing excessive pda, I will say something about "those disgusting heterosexuals", but it's a joke, and it serves to remind them of the privilige they are excercising.

Yea i've heard of it. I think i may have a mild case of it, but its not in the same way as other people are homophobic. Meaning, I dont care about seeing straight people make out or hold hands. If they're in love i think its cute for them to express it. BUT when straights start mouthing off and being diesrespectful & intolerable towards my gay community...THAT is when i get severely disgusted with them===>Heterophobic to the 10th degree.

It's just the reverse of homophobes. I imagine both homophobes and hetrophobes are afraid they are whichever one they don't like.
I've never heard of a hetrophobe.

To a certain degree it cuts both ways in the sense that 'gay' people will react to being the under dog by trying to use the same attitude back to 'hetro' people and I find that to be hypocritical and sad. However as an earlier answerer pointed out, unfortunately that is the way of the world!

I grew up in a small city interior the south the position i became bullied daily for being gay, so believe me after I say that homophobic isn't something frivolous. satirically, being bullied made me terrified on each occasion I got here across someone instantly, highly adult men. I feared instantly adult men because the hated me. i became scared poopless after I realized that i became going to be living on a floor fullyyt of adult men in college. Even to this present day, I nonetheless have hesitations chatting with instantly adult men.

Hehe, I've never known a heterophobe, but if a homophobe is someone scared of gays coming on to them, then why shouldn't a gay be scared of a straight person coming on to them. It does kind of make sense!

My ex-GF had a gay friend who was sick at the thought of hetero *sex*. He didn't hate straight people; he just thought vaginas were disgusting. {{shrug}}

Some people hate the haters...
Some view straights as potentially dangerous so they avoid them.
Some wouldn't be caught dead in a Hooters...

It makes as much sense as homophobia. Which doesn't make sense at all.

They are probably just putting on an act because they feel persecuted.
