I have just purchased some very trendy Hugo Boss eye glasses and I normally wear contacts. I love them however I hardly see any females wear trendy glasses... Do people find them sexy as not wearing them?

I say appearance is a big factor. It really depends on what you look like. Also trendy glasses is in fashion now. If you go to certain places you'll see different kinds. Start a fashion statement and when you wear those glasses for a long time you will soon start seeing people doing the same. Then you have just started a style.
