all my computer settings are in Norweigan, popups etc!! how do i change it all to speak english?

Here is one way to fix it. I am giving you instructions on the basis that you have Windows XP:

-go to start
-click on control pannel
-click on: date, time, language, and regional options
-under: 'or pick a control panel icon' press regional and language options.
-choose your language from the drop down list. (English (United States)).

I think you could try your control panel or your internet options on a web browser.
