It is great that you asked! That alone will impress some of the Admissions recruiters. As a general rule, it is usually better to "over dress" than under...that goes for men or women, admissions interview or a job interview! You can always take the blazer or coat off, but if you are under dressed it is dificult to repair once the damage is done!

Also...wear something you feel confident wearing. While skirted suits are the A1 dress for women in professional interviews, if you feel more confident in a good pants suit, that may be a better way to go!

Pants and a shirt with a blazer would be a very nice and appropriate option. Make sure your clothes are neatly pressed, no skin showing around the midriff, not too low cut.

Best of luck to you!

That's fine. Interviews aren't that scary. Just don't look skanky. Pants a shirt and a blazer won't be a problem.

It depends where the interview is being held. Some interviews hold interviews in coffee shops, even their homes. The nicer the place, the nicer you should dress.

i do not imagine denims are suited to a school interview highly no matter if that is the faculty you somewhat want to bypass to. i might want to bypass with a positive skirt and blouse that shows your personality yet no longer intense. that is a few the position interior the approach being casual and dressy.
