You have two choices. You can use a razor blade or Goof Off, Goo Be Gone or even WD40. If you use one of the solutions work in a well ventilated room. Spray it on and let it sit for a little while to loosen the residue.

WD-40 available in just about any store . spray the product on the residue and carefully use a razor blade to remove the mess. Simply follow up with a cleaning of Windex or a similar product.

Scrape it with a razor blade. Then clean it with Goo Gone and then clean it a third time with windex. You have to clean up the goo gone cuz it is greasy.
