Does anyone know any other methods of verbal communication, apart from the usual (speach, reading, writing)

Sign language, logos and mime can all be considered as verbal, as they express specific meaning and not generalised concepts.

Grunting and screaming are verbal and can be used to convey fairly specific ideas and intentions.

Painting and sculpture could also be categorised in this way .. although that's a bit of a stretch....
.
.. you have to define what is "verbal" and what is "non-verbal"... it varies depending on the discipline you are studying ... it's down to semantics really!!
