Yes it is wonderful. I have used it in stressful situations with family and other times when in crisis mode and typically my results have been to feel calmer, stronger and more capable. It took the emotional edge off and allowed me to refocus and recenter.

The rescue remedy is an excellent remedy for shocks of an emotional nature. after its discovery by Ed Bach it was often carried in ambulances the world over. It is made from a combination of five other Bach Flower remedies.

I dont think it is a placebo or psychosomatic as it has been used with some success on animals too.

I have used it on my children for years when they've had a nasty bump or shock or something. They always seem calmer afterwards. This may well be psychosomatic though as I always tell them it's the "special drops to make you feel better" and being their all-knowing mum, they believe me!
