Hi Jessica,

I took a look at your other questions, and most of your concerns seem to center around relationships.

I would suggest that you try to avoid making any major decisions about your life right now, based on one or two relationships.

Try to focus your life and time on completing a few clear short-term goals. (i.e. losing weight, getting back in school, helping out around the house.)

Accomplishing physical goals will increase your feeling of self worth, and help lift you out of your depression.

As you begin to feel the fog lift, you can make plans for additional mental and spiritual challenges.

There are other people out there that feel as bad as you do. Try to help them feel a little better.

I'm 21 years old, but I went through sort of the same thing you are going through right now.
First you have to find out what it is that's making you so sad. And then you can work towards correcting that. Don't take things out on yourself, you can't control the world. I had to learn the hard way!

Your parents love you dearly, even though they were teens too, sometimes it's just hard for them to face the fact that their baby girl is not happy. They don't want to own up to it is all. But really, they want you to be happy. So try again, open up to them. Make an appointment with them if you have to. Make them sit down and listen to whatever it is on your mind.

I don't know if you are a religious minded person or not, but pray about it anyway. God listens to those broken at heart and those burdened down with many pains. And he answers prayers as well. If you have a Bible, read the books of Psalms and Proverbs. They will bring you so much joy and peace of mind.

But try again to talk to your parents. They only want what's best for you. But sometimes they don't know what that is until you tell them.

Much luv!

Being 15 means lots of hormonal problems. You are emotional because you can be. You need to get to the root of what is bothering you. You need to go to school so you can be around people. Don't throw your education away, because that'll cause more crying later. Talk to a trusted friend. Just get everything off of your chest and set a goal for yourself. Crying it out can make you feel better, but you need to solve the problem that's making you cry if you ever want to move on with your life.

Jessica,

Do not despair sweetie you need to open up and be heard, find a therapist or a counselor. Alert the school Psychologist if you have to, this is serious and you need help!

You are a very important part of this world and at 15 years old you should not feel this way, you have so much left to accomplish on this planet and I expect you stand up for yourself and let your voice be heard.

Do not let another day go by without getting professional help, check out youth crisis lines on google and give them a call.

Do what you have to but above all get some professional help right away.

And I give you a big hug sweetie (((((((((((((((((((((((((((( Jessica )))))))))))))))))))))))) now get out there and do what you gotta do.

You are so young and have so many exciting things in life to look forward to. First you should look in th phone book and find some free counseling services and ask your parents to take you. You then can go to college and enjoy meeting new people making friends and getting a degree so you can make lots of money and have a wonderful life someday. You don't realize how lucky you are. Please talk to someone and confide in them because if you keep this all bold up you will once release it on someone or end up hurting yourself and no one would want that to happen. Sometimes I feel like no one wants to listen but I still feel deep down that I know they still love me. Your parents will listen if you sit them down and talk you don't have to worry about crying at your age you should be up and having fun, that's why you have to talk to someone to make you feel better before something bad happens from you being to depressed.
Good Luck!!

You need to make an apt with your Dr. if your parents arent willing to help you out, go to the clinic in your area. Not going to school will not only get you in trouble, it could get your parents in trouble for you being truant. Go to school and go see your counselor. TALK to your friends parents. Do something...crying like that at your age could mean depression. Chin up!!!

Did anything bad happen in your life recently? Maybe that could be the reason! Or maybe something depressing? And tell your parents,"Just listen to what I have to say first. Then you can tell me what you think." Hope you have luck!
