In order to get a social security card you must be a citizen of the United States. If you are not a citizen, then sneak in and have a child in a hospital that is located within the US.
Your child will be a citizen of the United States. You can then apply for welfare and a plethora of additional social services. Dont forget, the more children that you have, the more social services you can consume. Dont worry about the cost, the US government will force me to pay for them.
Once your anchor child reaches the age of 18, they become your bread and butter and can file to for your own personal citizenship.
