I'm not sure I completely understood your question, but it sounds like she might be dying. I once had a rat who was twisting and squirming around for a couple hours and then finally died.
You might want to offer her a little food or water, or put a small washcloth near her so that she can take those things if she wants them.
Don't touch her, since it's causing her pain.
If possible, you can take her to a vet to see if there's anything they can do. Consider your hamster's age though. If she's pretty old, it could just be that she's dying of old age. I'm sorry you have to watch her go through this. Its no fun. Try to make her as comfortable as possible, and don't act scared or nervous- it might make her more nervous. Speak softly to her so that she knows you're there for her.

Take her / him to the VET ASAP. NOT Just a normal VET, take him/ her to Raptile VET. When I had my hamsters, one of them had problem when she was only 2 months old too. Go to www.drexotic.com
Dr. Jenkis and his staffs ARE VERY GOOD. They saved my lil hamster life. It's located at 2317 Hotel Cir S # C, San Diego, CA 92108 - Call (619) 260-1412.
Hope you can save her / him

Call the vet or take your hampster to the local pet store. They can tell you whats wrong with your hampster. When I had a rat he sometimes would just lay there and it would freak me out. He started bleeding from his manyly parts. I took him to the local pet store and they said he was getting old and a couple days later he died. So maybe your hampster is getting old. not sure.
