It would depend on what you would want to do with it, I have 2 rebuilt or refurbished computers here for the kids and they are great usually for if you want to surf, check email and word process and play small games.

I don't think so I've never bought a rebuilt normally i just buy used. But if you do buy a rebuilt make sure you get a warranty in case any parts decide to go then they should have to repair it at little or no cost to you if that options available. And if it comes with a warranty extend it i know i got screwed with used ones before just be careful what you buy.

If u r planin to purchase a clean pc coz each and anytime ur son starts a interest it shuts down, then difficulty is with the equipment , no longer hardware. B4 u do nethin, like promoting this or procuring new or upgradgin it, only format this pc n reinstall each little thing. This shud restoration the problem which cud help u stay away from dropping money for few extra years.
