Yes, of course you can still have sex when you're pregnant, right up until your baby is born. And about positions, just try whichever position you find the most comfortable.

I remember being embarrassed to ask my doctor the same question. He simply said yes as long as you are not having any problems up until near the end of the pregnancy-after the baby drops. He said doggy style and i was young so my face turned red. He said you know how dogs do it don't you. I guess not many women that are pregnant go around blushing but i did. You can lay on your side and let it come into your vagina that way as well. You might want to go a little easier and not be as rough as one normally can. But still don't be afraid to enjoy sex. Sorry but this is the best way i know how to explain the situation. There are aways a way to get around the little belly. You might want to try getting on top to. There is also another position facing each other while he is laying straight you can move around and moving your legs around manage that way. There might be some books out there showing you these different positions. Try to find one. Have fun and i hope you have an easy pregnancy and childbirth and all goes well for you.

I'm also pregnant and due in a month, I can definately relate to your question. And yes, sex is perfectly ok during pregnancy, unless your doctors says otherwise.
"The Pregnant Couple's Guide to Sex, Romance and Intimacy: Everything You Need to Know to Preserve Your Relationship During and after Pregnancy" by Sandra Margot is a fabulous book on this subject. I got this book as a gift for my husand when we got pregnant. Has many helpful suggestions for sex and just keeping the romance alive during pregnancy.
When you start getting big, missionary becomes difficult and uncomfortable. You on top is a bad idea. It can cause permanent damage to your knees and hips as they are adjusting to accomidate the baby and preparing for delivery.
For my husband and I, laying on our sides works the best. There is no pressure points, and its quite comfortable. From behind is also good, but be sure to put plenty of pillows under your belly to support yourself, otherwise, you'll kill your back.
I think the most important thing is open communication between you and your partner. Don't be afraid to speak up if something isn't working for you.
I hope this helps you out some.
Congratulations on the new arrival!

You can have sex up until you have your baby for the most part. Regardless of belly or not. i gained 72 pounds when i was pregnant and i had sex up until the week i gave birth. Positions really didn't matter because once you get so big the problem will be convincing your man that he is not going to hurt your baby or that he is not going to bump him in the head. You would be surprised how scared they get that they are going to huty the baby-

My doctor said the first three months you shouldn't.. after that it is fine. Just work different positions as your belly grows.

after 4 or 5 months any position but on your back, but at 8 months i still lay on my back, but they say in this position, a "quickie" is best...just dont let him thrust too hard, which can hit the cervix, and be more painful then pleasurable

yes, you can have sex until the end of your pregnancy as long as the doctor says you shouldn't. they recommend you should not lay on your back. this puts to much pressure on your organs and arteries. as you get bigger, try the spooning position. i recommend what to except when your expecting book. it can really answer alot of questions for you.
