if you mean Russian friends in the US, there are a lot of Russian students in American universities. also you can meet Russians in the Orthodox churches.

easy there is alot of russian students in scools university calleges. there is russian stores you can meet some one there. or go to chat online www. mail.ru

Try in Europe, because the whole country has been transfered in Europe. I dont think that they are remaining so many russioans in their own country
