To define a point on Earth, using geodetic coordinates, you need to specify Latitude and Longitude --> then you'll have an intersection between two lines, which means, a point.
You are probably referring to longitude but, with no latitude defined, you have a circumference of positions... Longitude as 7 08 48.77 means you move towards East from Greenwich; when you reach the meridian defined by that longitude you have to know the coordinate in latitude to have a perpendicular line to that meridian. The you'll find your point.
Example: with that longitude you can be in the North Pole if your latitude is like 85ºN.

Check that!

EDIT:
I forgot to add that the perpendicular line to a meridian is called a parallel.

You need a latitude and a longitude. I have no idea which one this is, but you still need both. Also, you need to specify whether the latitude is north or south and if the longitude is east or west.

Assuming that you mean 7.08 N 48.77 E, that is somewhere northeast of Mogadishu, Somalia. Galcaio seems to be the best bet.

Those coordinates look like a star date Jim Kirk would use.
