I'm in high school and I just feel like I can't trust anyone

I find that my school is the hardest place to make new friends because everyone is so uptight. After school programs, though, are much better - everyone shares the same intrest and people are more relaxed when the school day is over. Joining clubs, sports teams, etc. are great ways to meet new people. Do stuff that you like, because you'll find more people who share your intrests and abilities and are more like you.

Just dont get close to fast get to know them first and then when you know they are trustworthy thats when you can open up to them, dont just tell them your whole life story the first time you meet, no one is interested in that, and its not really cool. Good luck and dont be shy you need to be open and ready to spark a conversation.
