when u click on the folder after it downloads it says corrupted and when u extract it it says folder empty (which it isnt) I have tried 20 different sites and all the same outcome. My wife recently deleted java runtime from my pc could this be the reason? Also I have no idea about computers.

you may have to re install java runtime, "but first", have your computer scanned and "possibly" fixed free, via microsoft site; takes a while, but is really worth the wait.

i'd propose you now to not receive those. On limewire be very careful with what you purchased. make positive that once you're downloading that you in reality receive files that you recognize are track files like Mp3's and such. extra cases than no longer the zip files will incorporate a plague. only stay away from them fullyyt.

What are you trying to download exactly?
Deleting Java won't stop you from downloading files, only from seeing Java scripts.
You could go onto google and do: "java download", and install java that way so it's back on your computer.
As far as files, try getting "winzip" or some other type of unpacking software first.
What file are you trying to download?
I don't know why it would be corrupted on all servers, unless it's the same file *PUT* on all those different servers, and the file is bad.
