http://www3.sears.com/ Here is where you can get almost any part for anything Sears makes, including Kenmore appliances. Good Luck! PS According to the Sears Authorized Service Center in San Marcos, CA you should be able to get it on-line or ordered through their Authorized Service Centers in your area.

Kenmore is manufactured by Sears brand company. I do not know which state that you are from but you can call 1-800-732-7747 that is the national Sears Customer Service line and they can help you with your part for your stove.

Hello, Sears
You don't have the complete model number in your discription above. Sometimes there are three additional numbers pre-printed into the tag before the printed model number. You need to use the complete number to locate the parts. If this doesn't work, you can always call Sears service and they can walk you through it on the phone and look up the part, or request a service call.

I have a friend that is a parts and service manger for Sears. He probably can do the research to find your part. Call 908-454-9576 and ask for the store manager and explain your situation.

Sears.com does not recognize your model number 911.48691c1. I suggest you take another look. It should be in the format 123.123456789, with no letters in the number.
