Yes, it is perfectly possible. For the first couple of years you may be exceptionally irregular, with periods coming and going without any normalcy. You might have a 1-day period and a month later have a 4 or 5-day period. You'll probably regulate within 3 years though.

Anything is possible. Some women have their period for 2 or 3 days each month, some women have it for 7 days. Everyone is different.

That sounds a bit strange, it might not be your period if it's only one day. It could just be discharge, which can be normal. If you are on birth control that can make your period irregular and sometimes you will get it for a day
