I like the second one. The series of larger stones seems simpler and yet more elegant. Although very pretty, the other seems more common with the smaller diamonds set along the band.

The second one looks much better,but the setting looks rather high since there are 5 descending stones. You have to be careful with rings like these because when they have a high setting or mounting you're more likely to hit them on something.
The first one has a more traditional setting whereas the second one looks a bit more up to date and not as dainty.

They're both cool, but I like number 1 slightly better. The round stones paired with the square ones make for an interesting contrast. And it's a more subtle piece, instead of bordering on gaudy.

I would go with the second one because it's classly but at the same time sexy, You don't want to much designs on your ring.by the way YOU GO GURL! I wish I had that ring or even a ring at all!

Hmmmmm.........that's a tough one, they're both great! It's hard to say because I like the cut on the second one but I like how there are small diamonds on the sides of the first one. Ultimately, it depends on you. If you're kind of flashy, then the first one would work but if you're more simple, then the second one might be better. I'd probably go with the second one, but that's just me.

They're both beautiful, but I would choose the second ring. It just looks more elegant, in my opinion. Plus I tend to prefer simpler designs with an emerald cut.
