My lower back hurts really bad when I'm driving. Can anyone recommend any cushions/support that I could buy for my car seat?

I used to drive a bus for a living, so here goes:
Be aware of where tension is in your body. If you are gripping the steering wheel too tightly, or raising your arms and shoulders while you drive, that can add to your back pain. Experiment with different seat settings. Sometimes it feels better to move it back a little, or forward. Sit UP! If you lean way back or slouch, you can get cramps. Stretch before and after driving. It can help a LOT. And finally, non-drowsy PMS medicine is a great help for back pain when you have no other options. (Yes I'm a guy. Those things are just generic muscle relaxers.)

there is this thing that you can wrap around your chair and it helps you sit up straight while you drive. My dad uses it. You can also use it anywhere u want to. Like at work or in your house. Its a great thing im sorry idk what its called. But any doctor will kno what it is.

Stop laying on your back in bed. That could be your major problemo. Just a thought.
