It is advisable to check your deeds. You could be responsible for both sides and the bottom fence as well. Usually it is the left side when viewed from the house and usually includes the bottom fence. Check your deeds first before you do anything and then talk to your neighbours before replacing any structure. Your neighbour may be prepared to offer help.

As you look out to the back of your garden ( not facing into your house but looking out into your garden ), the left side is always your fence, usually confirmed by the fact that your fence will have the ' good side ' latts on your property side. Your neighbour will have the latts supports on his side. Hope this is clear.

In UK in general the `rough` side of the fence your side means it`s yours but you should check your house deeds. Ask a neighbour a few doors a way what fence is theirs and work back to yours, (In general thats the way it works.) You don`t say what type of fence, feather edge, the Arris rail is your side, chain link, if mesh is on your side of post, it`s yours.

You have eto look at the plans to know for sure, but as a guide, whoever has the fence post on their side, owns the fence.

Ron paul is a strict constitutionalist and an previous college conservative. he's on the right facet for in basic terms about each concern. What makes him appear as if he should be operating as a Dem is that he's very isolationist and intensely anti-Iraq conflict. If he runs as an self reliant, he might want to take alot of votes faraway from the Republican nominee because i imagine there are somewhat some conservatives who're anti-conflict.

your boundary fence
will be clearly marked on your house deeds .
You are responsible for its structure and up-keep.
Many a neighbourhood argument, has come from people,
who do not know, where their boundary fence is located;
or are unclear, about the rules, on structure and maintenance .
Go to the solicitors, who dealt with the purchase of your house . They should be able to clarify this for you.

Check your deeds. Sometimes it's the right hand side, sometimes the left.
My semi owns the fence on the right hand side of the garden.
If it's not clear on the deeds, then work it out from asking your neighbours on both sides of you and further up and down the street.
