Could it really improve somebodies peromance?

I cannot speak to sports hypnosis, but I can recommend sports visualization as a way to help performance, confidence and composure. Train yourself to put the picture of success in your head. It needs to be repeated often. Research on this says that it takes 21 days of visualizing to make a real benefit. So, not many stick with that that long, but the ones who want every possible benefit and have a high level of desire to excel will do it.

hypnosis is actually bogus. There is not a physical correlation to subliminal messages and health. The truth is that the human brain has the capability to improve ones own characteristics but be aware that it can only go so far because the one thing the mind can not alter is the human genome.
