I assume you are referring to the ancient wonders of the world, not being able to see most of them, i suppose I will have to answer the pyramids, although I would have liked to have seen the colossus of Rhodes too, that would have been impressive in a vulgar sort of way.
as for the 8th... what about Machu Pichu, that must have been pretty impressive, if that would count.

As in the Wonders of the Ancient world?
My favorite is the Pharos of Alexandria...
I wish I could go back into time and see all of the wonders. The only one we can see today is, of course, the Great Pyramid.
An eighth wonder? The things that come to mind are possible modern wonders, like the Great Wall of China, the Reclining Buddha in Bangkok, and the Aswan High Dam in Egypt.
I love Egypt in General, and that is why I selected the Pharos Lighthouse.
Also, Stonehenge comes to mind.
Excellent question, by the way!

I would name Stonehenge the 8th wonder of the ancient world because building that without the use of the wheel is seemingly impossible, but they did it.
My favorite existing wonder is the Hanging Gardens of Babylon because they were put there by Nebuchadnezzar for his wife which is so sweet :)

There are a couple "7 wonders" lists.
For the modern world, I would include the internet.

The Great Barrier Reef. Because, thanks to us, it's disappearing. My favorite wonder is either stonehenge b/c we know so little about it and it seems so basic yet is very complex.
