Celine Dion easily.
Look at it this way, Celine Dion was able to become who she is today thanks to hard work and determination.
Ashlee Simpson on the otherhand, is only an average singer. She would not be famous today if it wasn't for Jessica Simpson being her sister.

I would have to go with Celine Dion just because she more experienced, she has a lovely voice and she knows what type of music goes right with her voice.
Ashlee on the other hand has really just started out and is still experimenting in which type of music fits her voice better.

Celine Dion, of course. Celine Dion has real talent. Ashley Simpson can't really sing, in my opinion. She's just really riding on her sister Jessica's coat tails!
