By the way Congress does have complete purse power over U.S. Treasury or the Federal Reserve Bank/Board They have the say on amount being printed.

well the economy would get better since every one has money to spend but i think thats the only pro. i can give you bunch of cons of this??

Sorry, I just can't find anything positive in simply handing people money for nothing. The welfare system that is in place now is just fine as far as giving money away for free.

Besides, with millions of illegals who will line up for a guaranteed pay, the whole theory of not raising taxes is hysterically funny.

its hard to give a positive response to a program which is based on the communistic/socialistic premise of wealth redistribution...this is another program aimed at the dumbing down of america and its innovativness , inginuety, and tradition of working hard to get ahead
