It depends on you...

I'm sure most people will say: "Then the person you thought was your best friend isn't really your friend at all"...

But I beg to differ... If your friend told, find out why and what he/she was expecting to get out of it...

Then decide there-after whether or not you'd like to keep them as your "best" friend or not.

I, for one, don't believe in holding grudges. Forgive and forget is always better... Just be careful what you tell them in the future...

I would say your best friend isn't really the best friend you thought she was and isn't really a friend. But you should talk to her and figure out why she told, and try to get to a understanding not just hope in her face ready to fight and argue that's not a way to solve anything. Because it could of just been a innocent mistake. You might not be as close and be willing to trust her because it will take a while to gain that trust back, but that's better than losing a good friend. Make the right decision
Good Luck!!!!

Depends on the secret and who they told. If you told your friend that your neighbor is molesting you and your friend told their parents - its not a bad thing. If it was something else talk to your friend and tell them how they betrayed your trust.

if she had considered herself to be my best friend then she would not have done that... so therefore i would have no choice than to f..k her up the wickedest way if i had known something about her i would go and tell it to her greatest enemy that they would use it against her everytime... a eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth .. do not give what you cannot take.

your best friend is being very disrespectful to you, especially when it is your "secret" and you trusted her to keep her mouth shut.

if she cant be a good friend to you, and go behind your back and tell others, then you can still be friends with her/him, but just don't ever trust her/him again.

they would have to earn it back.

:D

hope that helps

i'd confront them... rather than bitching about them behind their back or getting upset about it just tell them how your feeling.. if they deny telling someone your secret then you can get mad. but they may not have known that it was such a big secret or how much they hurt you. if you don't sort it out now it could ruin your friendship.

I just had that happen to me last week. I read her the riot act, and I will never speak to her again. If I was not an adult, I'd have whipped her ***.
