Give her your undivided attention. Take her to dinner and tell her you want to know her. Listen. Ask her questions. Make her the most important subject for the evening. That is better than a dozen roses.

Put some serious thought into the gift, is there some kind of acessory she loves (some girls love shoe, others love bags, everyone loves jewelry, etc)? And plan out something sweet, a sort of surprise, don't give her flowers send them to her at work that day or send them to the house while your at work with a cute note. I mean you guys are already engaged so you've won her over obviously : ). Then the typical romantic dinner, don't cook having to dishes can kill a mood, it doesn't have to be some place really fancy, take her to her favorite restaurant even if its not something ridiculously high end. Reservations reservations reservations no girl likes to wait. BUT don't give her the gift until dinner in between dinner and dessert. Thats is unless its something you think she'll want to wear to dinner, then give it to her before hand! Happy early Valentine's Day! Best of Luck!

ok.. as a women and a birthday gild on valantine day as I am.. the one good thing that my boyfrriend did last year was giving me a bouquet of roses all reds and one white in the center, a beautiful engagement ring was attached to the white rose and with a very nice note that it says "In evey bunch there's one who stands out, and you are that one".. it was the most sweetest thing ever, then when i got home i had the floor decorated with petals from roses white and red... a nice dinner ready to serve (of course he did not cooked) and even though he is a bad singer he wrote me a song and sang it to me.. that its what I recommend.. good luck

Think back to things that she's told you she likes. We'll sometimes say things like "I'd really like to get that/do that/try that." Use that as a jumping off point. Take her out to dinner, buy her favorite flowers, and make her feel like she's the only woman in the world. Listen to her. Open the doors for her. Treat her like a queen.

Take her out to dinner, go to where she would want, spend time with her, you know do what she likes, and at the end buy something like a scarf or something that makes her feel special.
