I am the employer actually, my employee says she does not have a home phone nor cel phone! Any idea where I can find documentation to insist she provide us with the info? Thanks!!

Yes for many good reasons and he can also fire u for not cooperating and being insubordinate.

It depends on the job and the reason for contact. The more "important" the job, the more "high paying" the job I think its pretty acceptable. if there is a pressing issue at work than yes. Im not sure where you work but every place I have ever worked they need contact numbers like that for emergencies anyway.

cell phone, I can uderstand you wanting to keep to yourself, but why not the homephone. It is your job, ya know, they should know how to get a hold of you.

Doesnt mean you have to answer the phone however.
