I think Anthrax is more respected but personally i like Lamb OF God

anthrax has recorded hundreds of songs over 25 years and they have some of the most original and heavy songs around. anthrax was creating a new style of music which,at the time did not exist. also they have evolved and their sound has changed over the years. lamb of god, on the otherhand, would never have existed without anthrax's invention of a new genre.also l.o.g. is not particularly unique or innovative.just one more in a long string of wankers who copy each other.
