I'm doing a science experiment, and I need to see what agents I can use to show if calcium is present in a solution.

One way is to add sodium sulfate or sodium phosphate and see if a precipitate forms.

Calmagite or Murexide are indicators for calcium....

There's also high-end techniques that measure for it: AAS, ICP, and others.
