You could probably count Prohibition as "The War on Alcohol" and the The House Commitee on Unamerican Activities as "The War on Political Freedom"

They can all 3 be put into one category, the war on the US tax payer.
1.The war or poverty created more poor and did what Johnson said it would(won the black vote for the Democrats).
2.The war on terror just took away US tax payers rights.
3.The war on drugs took away US tax payers rights and gave billions to drug dealers.
We have lost all 3 Wars.
Time to admit our mistakes and move on.

Can't think of a lot of things to use the "war on _____" phrase, but there have been several "wars": Polio, smallpox, the British, to unite the states, for Civil Rights, etcetera.

We now have the war on the Middle Class. It just has not been officially declared, because if they did that, you know it would be phony. This one is real.
