I just saw a really cute shrunken blazer, teal velvet, on sale for cheap. But I don't know how to wear them. My wardrobe consists mostly of neutrals--black, brown pants & skirts, jeans. Casual is ok for work.

use the blazer with jeans over a plain tank (white is best -_-). You could throw in a long necklace to if you have one for a true runway look....HAVE FUN!

The answere to this question is simple. Don't wear the blazer. If it's shrunk and like really cheap then you don't know what could happen. It's probably cheap for a reason. It probably doesn't have the strongest seams. Good Luck!!!
