Hi,
You can buy all the above at Guanghua Electronic Market: Zhongxiao/Xinsheng MRT stop, Exit 4, Turn right, walk to 2nd traffic light, turn left. 2 Mins to Guanghua. 10.am ~ 9pm .
They are closed every alternate Tuesdays of Every Month.
Note: A lot of the items here are in Traditional Chinese especially the Books and Software. As for the Electronic items, they are all 110V.. As there are many shops selling the same items, shop around to get the best bargains. This is an area where all students go to get stuff so prices are extremely competitive.

Yes, Kwang Hua is the place to go. Tgere are a number of stores around PaTeh and Chien Kuo roads. There is a basement with many stores right on the SW corner of the intersection, then north of there are several buildings full of stores just north of the fruit market.
Word of caution... lay off the software, because it's made for Chinese Windows and 4 times out of 5 crashes on English Windows.
