Technically, since the words "extra" and "terrestrial" have a space between them, they mean "a creature of earthly origin whose necessity is redundant".

I, for one, like to think I am not just an "extra" person. At least, not at my workplace...

technically yes. extra=outside terrestrial=this land. so yes because i wasn't born in this country.
