I don't mean to steal anyone's thunder, but I would complete it with this:

Superman : kryptonite :: Average guy : nuts

since getting kicked in the nuts would hurt

Whoever said Uranium I think is the closest. Lets break it down:

Kryptonite weakens and can possibly kill Superman.
(its not his weakness like... he's controlled by it... so anything with women is out)

Next - Kryptonite is a physical object that emits some type of radiation that weakens superman.

The closest thing to that for an Average man would be something that emits nuclear radiation - hence saying Uranium.

So
Superman : Kryptonite :: Average Guy : Radioactive Uranium

How about Sarin--a deadly nerve gas?
Kryptonite could kill Superman just as quickly!
Another idea is polonium 210, the stuff
that killed the Russian spy in London.
