Put some cold cream or non-greasy eyemakeup remover (even better) on a little cotton ball or pad, place over your closed eye, near the lashline. Hold it in place for 3-4 seconds, then slide off. Eyeliner is hard to remove without aggravating the delicate skin around it but in this manner, you do not irritate your eyes so much.

If you use something greasier as a remover, wash your eyes with a little baby shampoo afterwards so as to not clog the pores of the skin around your eyes and lashes.

Works wonders!

You should use eye makeup remover if you dont have any use vaseline. the only thing with vaseline is it might make your face feel a little greasy. So wash your face right after

The absolute best way is johnson to johnson baby oil. Just take a small cotton and dipped a lil baby oil in there and swept across ur eyes and it'll all be gone. Trust me, I've done this a lot and it works great. I also read this in a magizine artcile
