In an honest opinion...I will say the Big Alps in ITALY are best!!!
France does have a much better PARTY-MODE than the rest of Europe..but you asked for a BEST place to go SNOWBOARDING!!! Meaning you would want to experience a life-changing memory with the girl of your "Dreams"...right?!
GO for ITALY my man...Spanish, Enlish, Italian, and French people are seen there...and everything is magical!!!
Ok-Ay I might be exaggerating a little bit more than the usual...cuz I am ITALIAN myself! and who doesn't wanna give good credit to their homeland?...Good Luck...Have Fun!

Depends on what you want and what you're level of boarding is.There are some great places in Austria(Kitzbuhel/Ischgl and Fieberbrunn) with good long runs and half pipes but it is more expensive when it comes to going out and drinking.France is cheaper and Chamonix/Tignes/Meribel and Les Deux Alpes give you good open runs whatever your standard and it's cheaper too. There are also places like Bulgaria and Andorra which are cheaper still but snow and runs are a bit of a problem.Last of all there is Italy such as Sestriere which has the Milky way run but again it's a bit pricey for a beer.
Have a good one where ever you go.

i just got back from Switzerland it was fantastic for snowboarding. but not much nightlife and pretty expensive, i would definitely recommend France its by far the cheapest and best nightlife and of course it has brilliant slopes.

Portes du Soleil region, which straddles France and Switzerland. Morzine is good for boarders and it links to Avoriaz, Champery etc etc. Massive area, massive choice of slopes.
