Where's the leadership from Nancy Pelosi, whose first accomplishment as Speaker Of The House was to give StarKist a perk on minimum wage increases.

Jeeze, give it some time. It took six years to ruin goverment, it will take more than 100 hours to fix. And as far as minumum wage and StarKist goes, how about Enron, Halliburton, and other Bush Buddies that have made Billions off the war and our government. I hear no complaints from the Gay Republicans about that.

They're cranking through the "100 hour" agenda quite nicely. The only thing slowing things down is when the Republicans in the Senate try to insist on prodecural manuvers to "poison pill" bills -
Like the ethics reforms that wouldn't allow lobbyists to buy or pay for anything (also known as "bribe") for legislators.
Naturally, the Republicans, stalwarts of ethics that they are, wouldn't allow the bill to move forward unless Bush was given the line item veto, which as SO much to do with ethics reform.
The Dems have done more in the first few days than the do-nothing Republican Congress achieved in the past few years.
Other than trying to illegally intervene in the Terry Schiavo case, that is.
